All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities purchased per customer

3. Shipping Policy
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

BEAUNIA is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition with no scratches, scuffs, or sign of wear
• It must be in its original packaging (box/pouch)
• Certain items (like earrings) may be non-refundable for hygeine reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address. 
3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using the original shipping box.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Product Disclaimer
Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, product colors may appear slightly different in person.

Normal wear and tear (especially for jewelry and plated items) is expected over time and is not considered a defect.

BEAUNIA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

All products are used at the customer's own discretion.
